Is your order not what you had expected after all? The wrong size or is the content of the parcel damaged? No problem! Within a 14 day period, you can return or exchange the article. Just fill in the Return Form accompanying your product and send it, together with your product, back to us.

Your return delivery must be received by us within 14 days. After receipt of your return delivery we will refund the price of purchase within 14 days into your bank account or, in the case of an exchange, resend the desired article (if it is still in stock, if not, we will contact you).
Are you unsatisfied with your article? A pity, but it can happen! Fill in the Return Form accompanying your order.
– The article can be returned within 14 days. – The articles must be unworn and undamaged. – Articles with make-up stains will not be exchanged. – Beauty articles, lingerie and earrings cannot be exchanged, for reasons of hygiene.
Return delivery is at your own expense and your own responsibility (unless we have made a mistake or there is something wrong with the product).
Would you like to exchange your article for another colour or size? This, too, can be filled in on the Return Form. If you desire a different article you can fill this in too.
DAMAGED GOODS OR FAULTY DELIVERY
Is the article that was delivered to you damaged or did you receive the wrong order? We apologize for the inconvenience. Please send an e-mail to email@example.com as soon as possible mentioning the problem. We will solve the problem as soon as we can! The costs of the return delivery will be completely refunded.
Once we have received the article, we will check whether the article is still in stock. Should this not be the case, then you may exchange it for another article. Do you prefer a refund? No problem! We will refund the complete amount within 7 days into your bank account.
